Labour Market Testing (LMT) amendment to policy

If you are not exempt from LMT requirements by nomination of an occupation in ANZCO Sections 1 and 2 or international trade obligations you must provide evidence that LMT has been completed including evidence of advertising AND details of incomes and a receipts for advertising.

This evidence must accompany the Nomination Policy now requires submission same or the next day to avoid refusal without notice. If you are unable to supply the evidence within this time limitation you must be able to explain the technical issue preventing compliance with increase technology applicants may expect automatic refusal for non compliance.

Advice should always be obtained from an experienced Register Migration Agent to avoid disappointment
